Becky Heintz was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. She attended high school and junior college in Florida, and then attended The University of Cincinnati where her love for design only grew. Becky completed her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and moved to Los Angeles. Her ambition has led her to begin work with a commercial design firm in DTLA.
Becky has grown an awareness and compassion for survivors of sexual assault and wants to build a community of support, knowing just how challenging sexual trauma can be. Her dreams for Show Your Courage are to promote healing for survivors, build public support through community awareness, and ultimately bring about the necessary change that will end this violence forever.
She knows that now, more than ever, we have the power to change. We can create a safe world for generations to come, and we must.
Paul Heintz was born and raised in rural Sidney, Ohio. From an early age he knew he was going to move to a bigger city. After high school, he earned a degree in Fine Arts from Edison State Community College. He continued his education at The University of Cincinnati, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. He moved to Los Angeles in 2013. Paul works at a high-end interior design firm in Pasadena.
Several of his family members have been victims of sexual assault, and he is committed to making a change. He wants victims – family, community, and globally – to know that support and belief is there for them. Paul looks forward to bringing awareness to this topic and bringing justice to the assailants.
